Corinne White first became involved with Pilates (2003) while she was expecting her second child. As a competitive martial artist, she was looking for an activity that would maintain a body of balance as well as an exercise that she could perform while pregnant. After her first  Pilates session, she was hooked as the parallels between martial arts and  Pilates enabled her to maintain muscular balance, flexibility, and control.

It was not until a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (2007) injury forced Corinne to undergo multiple shoulder surgeries; leaving all forms of martial arts indefinitely.  Corinne then discovered the rehabilitative power of Pilates. By using the Pilates apparatus’ she was able to iso-kinetically control her movement, regain strength,  flexibility, and most importantly a balanced body.

Educated and trained through Bodies Arts and Sciences Institute International,  Corinne and the COR instructors value pure Pilate’s movement with an appreciation of the evolution of the human body.

When  Corinne is not in the studio, you can find her... well you never know.  Along with her husband and children, Corinne is an avid traveler and enjoys snow skiing, weightlifting, pack leading, and being the family boat "captain", Corinne is always on the move and now on your podcast app with The REALuctant Housewives, tales from the empty nester and the newlywed.
